Area Attractions
The Pines of Dresden is
located in the heart of Dresden Village, which in turn is located in the
heart of Muskingum Country, an hour away from the big city of Columbus
and minutes away from local area attractions. We have picked a few
places that we both have enjoyed visiting and hope that you might also
like.

Dresden is best known as the home of
Longaberger
Baskets. We are located about 5 minutes from the Longaberger
Factory (and newly open factory store) and Homestead. The Homestead
has lots of great shopping and restaurants, while making a basket at
the Factory is a great time.

Roscoe
Village is a great way to spend an afternoon.
It is a 19th century canal town with lots of festivals
and shopping. You can take living history tours, or even a
canal boat ride. It also has one of our favorite
restaurants, the Warehouse, which has a beautiful patio
shaded with lots of trees . |

The Pines is about 45 minutes away from the
largest Amish settlement in the world.
Berlin,
Ohio is at the center of that
settlement and is a great place to buy old world
goods, antiques or just to look around and
experience what it's like to live without modern
conveniences. |
